タテ糸に藍染、ヨコ糸に柿渋糸を使用した落ち着いた色目の生地です。　さらっとした柔らかい風合いです。　ヨコ糸にはスラブ糸も含まれているので生地の節がよくよくわかる独特の触り心地です。


備後節織は日本三大絣の一つでもある備後絣から派生した風合い豊な広幅織物です。
すべて先染め（糸染め）で藍染や草木染、墨染の天然染料を使用し、職人の手によって染められています。

現在でも旧式のシャトル織機でゆっくり丁寧に作られていて、1日に最大でも30m程しか織ることができません。
その為、決して大量生産のできない非常に貴重な素材です。

A splendid fabric that is woven by different yarns: persimmon in the warp and indigo in the weft. By using slab yarn in the weft (thickness of the thread differing), the concaves of the material give comfort to its users by seamlessly fitting into their skin.

Washing methods
Since it slightly get discolored due to the friction of the water, please do not rinse it with others materials. Please shape the fabric up when drying.

Note:It will be sold at 10cm unit(1m=0.1yd).
ex. If you select 1 from pulldown menu, It's 10 cm long. Select 10, it's 1m long.
