多色縞

濃淡の異なる2色の藍染、柿渋染、お茶染の4色で構成されています。
日本人が懐かしさを覚える太縞模様。
昔はどこの家庭にもあった布団縞をイメージして織り上げた柄です。
木綿ならではの素朴な風合いが感じ取れます。

Tashoku-jima (multicolor stripes)
A four- colored striped design made from two distinct colors with the shades:
indigo- dye, persimmon-dye, and brown-dyed.
This striped pattern is fondly remembered by many Japanese people;
since it was woven by using the image of the futon-shima (bedding- stripes) which was found anywhere in the Japanese homes.
It is possible to take in the simple texture of cottons.
